Participating Restaurants, Bars & More

In the past, Seaweed Week has partnered with over 75 Maine restaurants, bars, and breweries (and 10 college campuses) to bring locally farmed and harvested seaweed to patrons across the state.

With the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, we anticipate Seaweed Week 2021 will be a smaller celebration, but hope it will still provide a fun opportunity to celebrate Maine's seaweed harvest season and higlight local food on the menu!

Are you a resturant, brewery, or maker interested in participating in Seaweed Week 2021?
