During this Seaweed Week pop-up, we’ll talk through seaweed science and Maine’s growing industry with seaweed specialist Jaclyn Robidoux (Maine Sea Grant, University of Maine). You’ll discover how to incorporate this sustainable, versatile superfood into your diet.
You’ll also be able to order spectacular Seaweed Week food and drink specials from the menu. Some of our favorite past and current SoPo seaweed creations include:
- Seaweed salad with Maine scallop crudo
- Tuna tartare rice bowl with wakame sprinkles
