Cooking with Kelp: Workshop & Dinner with Chef Cara Stadler (BaoBao Dumpling House)

Want to support local seaweed farmers but not sure how to work with kelp at home? Interested in gaining the recipes and know-how to create restaurant-quality dishes in your own kitchen? Join Cara Stadler, chef-owner at BaoBao Dumpling House and co-owner of Canopy Farms, for this cooking class focused on Maine kelp.

  • Registration: Tickets must be reserved in advance and cost $108 per person, which includes ingredients and instruction, recipes to take home, and a full dinner. Please email Canopy Farms with questions or to reserve your spot.
  • Covid-19 policy: Canopy Farms requires proof of up-to-date vaccination for all event guests.
