Seaweed Sunday at Root Wild

Join Root Wild Kombucha for a special Seaweed Sunday celebration as part of Maine Seaweed Week. On May 3rd, they’ll release Sea Smoke, a brand new small-batch kombucha brewed with locally harvested dulse from Ironbound Island Seaweed Company and smoked Lapsang Souchong sourced through Little Red Cup Tea Co.. The result is an earthy, complex, and deeply refreshing drink that captures the essence of the Maine coast.

To round out the experience, K Pop Kimbap will be popping up with Korean seaweed rice rolls—an ideal match for the smoky, savory notes of the kombucha.

Whether you’re seaweed-curious or already a fan, come sip, snack, and celebrate Maine’s growing seaweed scene.
