16 State Street artists Rosalie Kell, Curt Larson, Amy Reisman and Grace Otzwirk are excited to share their work inspired by the gardens of the sea. Their processes are very different, but when prompted with the theme of “Seaweed Week,” and using seaweed as a medium, their work converses with each other.
