$55Join Executive Chef, Arianna Stefanilo, at The Maker’s Galley to celebrate Seaweed week with a Kelp Klass 101! Learn all about Maine’s aquatic adventures of growing sugar and skinny kelp with our very own farmer friend Kristin Isfeld, owner and operator of Latitude 43 farms.
What you’ll learn:
• How to handle and process fresh kelp for cooking
• The nutritional benefits of seaweed
• Intimate discussions with local Maine kelp farmer
• How to source local product
