Mast Landing neighbors Nighthawk’s Kitchen will also have Akua kelp burgers on their menu all day to help celebrate Maine Seaweed week and the release of the beer. \nMore about the collab\n“The 90 pounds of kelp in this recipe was grown and harvested right here in Maine by local farmers. Our production team jumped at the opportunity to innovate with an ingredient that we had never used in the brewing process\, and the result is one of the most interesting Mast Landing beers to date.” \nNote about availability\nThe beer will be available at both of Mast Landing’s locations (Freeport and Westbrook) starting at 11am on Wednesday\, 4/27.
